Some of you may be wondering why I keep disappearing for long stretches of time and have left a few things hanging. As usual, yes, I am busy with school and work and stuff. (Oh, god, I hate undergrads. Bitchmoanwhine "I'm taking my MCATs the day the paper is due can I have an extension" I HATE THEM ALL.) But, well, the real truth of it is...

Ever since I found out Robert Pattinson is going to play Edward Cullen in the new Twilight movie, I've been watching Goblet of Fire over and over and over again, just to stare at Cedric.

Look, okay, I have a soft spot for over-the-top, melodramatic teen vampire romances. I'M NOT PROUD OF IT. But each of you has a dark side and YOU CANNOT JUDGE ME FOR THIS. THEY ARE THE WORST BOOKS I HAVE EVER READ AND I LOVE THEM.

(Tomorrow I'm renting Into the Wild so I can get a good look at Bella...)

So, I have a lackey now. Well, a rotation student. And while in theory this would free up my time for more pleasant pursuits, it, uh, hasn't. Mostly he hovers over my shoulder all day, which makes going within a ten yard radius of my computer really uncomfortable. (Yesterday he commented on something in

lindsey's journal.) Hopefully once his project gets into swing and he has his own bench (waiting for the last rotation student to vacate) he will give me more personal space. God, I hope so. X(
